"From the initial call to the final inspection, everything was smooth. I appreciated the office staff who explained all pricing upfront and followed up with appointment confirmations. The technician arrived on time, wore shoe covers inside the house, and clearly explained every step of the repair. He didn’t try to upsell and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. "This gentleman was as capable and honest as they come. My door was having trouble opening. He could have tried to sell me on a new door but instead, he said all that was needed as to tighten up the spring. Door opens perfectly now after 30 minutes of work. The price was very reasonable an fair. Highly recommended."
